I AM HSTF Photo Exhibit Event

To celebrate our I AM HYDE SQUARE TASK FORCE Photo Exhibit, almost 100 people joined us on the evening of November 17 at Bella Luna Restaurant in Jamaica Plain. Photographer Mark Saperstein (who also happens to be a board member) took 20 gorgeous portraits of youth, alum, parents, supporters, neighbors, board members, and volunteers. Each is mounted along with three descriptive words/phrases chosen by each person and a quote in their own words about HSTF.

The show comes down December 10 and will go "travelling" in Jamaica Plain. About 12 different businesses and institutions in JP such as Connolly Library, Martha Eliot Health Center, the Harvest Co-op, Mt. Washington Bank, Ultra Salon and more will host one or two of the portraits on their walls for the entire Spring.

Be sure to check out the portraits around the neighborhood. These are the folks who make HSTF amazing, and you can join them in BEING Hyde Square Task Force by making a donation or getting involved. Easy online donations can be made here.
